The top ledge is injected with pressurized nitrogen gas creating internal structural channels which reinforces stress prone areas.  In our quest to offer the best possible products, we have concluded that Gas Assist Injection Molding is the process that best matches the application.  The Gas Assist Injection offers vertical rib structure for maximum vertical load support and the horizontal rib structure for twist prevention.
